Charting a Greener Future for EU Competition Law

The project sets out to harness the transformative power of environmental sustainability by charting new ways for a greener future for European competition law. It includes a normative doctrinal inquiry as well as a methodological study of tools and frameworks that can be relied upon when assessing the environmental harms and benefits from a competition law perspective.
