On 31 January 2023, Vicky Robertson discussed the way leading up to the Digital Markets Act, the designation of a gatekeeper, the Act’s main rules for gatekeepers, its enforcement structure and the way ahead in the realm of the “Grazer Privatrechtlicher Dialog”, a longstanding private law discussion series. Her co-presenter was Judith Stenitzer from the Austrian Ministry of Labour and the Economy, who also contributed a practical perspective on this new regulation. Walter Doralt (Graz University) moderated the discussion.
