On 9 November 2022, Vicky Robertson discussed the new 3+1 rule foreseen in the Draft Block Exemption Regulation for Research & Development at the second WCNA conference. The Women in Competition Law Network Austria (WCNA) brings together female practitioners, enforcers, policy makers, law makers and academics in competition law. The Austrian Federal Minister of Justice Alma Zadić opened the conference, while Director-General Olivier Guersent of DG COMP was one of the keynote speakers.
